What to Do Next ? [LINK BUILDING]

Hello BHW members,
I've been Using Web 2.0 (About 20 blogs With Unique and readable Articles Manually Created ) And Powering them with GSA Links to rank My websites And have seen good Performance but Most of them doesn't rank after page 2. i need some advice/suggestions what should i do next to rank them further as i am a man who think is position 1 On SERP is only Success regardless of earnings.

Some Stuffs that come in my mind are like:
*Building More web 2.0 And Powering them
*Building More web 2.0( Expired Ones ) and Powering Them
*Doing some manual blog commenting
*Getting 5-10 PBNs (though i dislike them for their monthly price)
*Do Noting and wait(6 weeks have passed by now)
*Get a Costly one Time Paying links from BHW/Fiverr
*Building Links with UD(Directly to Money Site)
*Get more Social Sings(till now it has 1K fb likes)

Also, It is a One niche website and is targeting 1 main keyword and 3 primary keyword.

Are these KW competitve? If they are, this isn't gonna work out.

No 1 spot is wikipedia though its not targeting that keyword

Is this site new if it is, you have to wait and see where the rankings go. If not, get more quality links.

Try some other link types. Because as it is, I dont think web 2.0s will take you where you want to be.

Build more tier links to Web2.0, it ll pass more link juice also help to rank.

PBN. The web2's got you as far as you're gonna go.

You need more powerful links, look like your campaign need more PBN links.

Are you thinking that only 20 web 2.0 is all you need to do, to go for the No 1? You are wrong. Don't think like this. I mean that you need use all of these techniques at once, not only one technique...
