What to do next after finding a keyword ?

    Hi, sorry for this noob question as it's the first time that i will set up a website that targeting a specific kw.
    So i set up my wordpress site, found a kw, install plugins and all that stuff...
    But what to do with that kw ? where do i put it so i can rank for it ?

    You put it in your title tag, meta description, your page title (h1 tag), in the URL (if its a page other than the homepage) and you write content that is optimized for that keyword. You find 3-4 variations of your main keyword, mentioned them 2-3 times max in the content (and bold your keywords), and that's as far as you can go for on page optimization. You can also add you keyword to the image file names + alt tags if you're including images.

    Quickest and dirtiest explanation you can get.
