What to do in this situation?

My main website that generates the majority of my income keeps getting removed from serps for DMCA complaints. This makes it difficult for people to find my website and my impressions/ad revenue goes down. I keep creating subdomains and putting my website on the subdomains but within a day or two these get removed from serps as well. It's very apparent to me that the company taking my website down has a bot that goes through and manually gets them removed - so what should I do? How can I counteract this? How can I keep my website up? I was making 4-5,000 a month for 3-4 years but within the last 9 months or so this has been happening non-stop and I can't find a way to fix it.

Should I completely abandon this website? It has high value in serps and as soon as I put the website back on a subdomain it goes to position 1-3 for almost all my keywords so I don't really want to just abandon it.. but within a few days sometimes just one day it gets removed from serps. Please help

I am tired of people filling this good forum with useless comments just to increase their post counts.

OP look at your traffic stats, if you see an obvious bot activity yiu might be able to block it. Apart from that, i don't think you have too many options.

Yeah the guy you quoted is clueless, my website gets REMOVED from the index, has nothing to do with serps, it's usually #1 for main keyword.

I don't think the bot scans the website, I think it scans the serps and finds my site and removes it from there..

can't do anything about DMCA. Get a new domain and work on it. It sucks to lose all that revenue. Can feel you. This is why people here have a habit of making multiple revenue streams. If something happens to one shift your focus to other (especially if you are dependent on organic traffic).

If you switch to a new domain maybe 301 the old one to the new.

This will make your job sooo much easier when trying to rank the new site.
