What to do..
If we do work for some one as freelancer and they did not pay.
My issue is that a company was giving me work and was paying regularly.
Suddenly they assigned me work in $$$, I've already completed the work and now they are not responding.
If there is any platform for freelance to make complain for such firms.

Can we write to google for that with proof?

Have the work report with yourself and give it to him once he does payment to you.

I was going to say freelancer too, since it's a legitimate site, they must have rules in place so people don't get screwed.

If you are part of that or not, I would think accepting the money BEFORE doing service would help, but then again, the buyer wouldn't want to get screwed either. As Morgan456 said, with a work report you can cause him trouble if he doesn't pay up.

Just buy a domain company_name + scam.com
If you are SURE you are right, and it's their fault!

Basically the work was not done through any freelancer website.

Sorry but I had to ROFL at that bit :D

However, it is time to get creative - what work was it you did?

Was it articles, blog creation, graphics, etc?

The work was link building.

You didn't go through the site and busted a shady and got burned.

Chalk it up to life experience and move on.

My main concern is to avoid such mistake in future.
I want to know that in case of direct clients if they don't pay than if there is no platform where we can make complains?

If not than a big draw back for this industry.

Yes, it's called "that fucking website you picked up the work from, but didn't use as your safetynet".
The point is that i did not pick work from any website.
In real life if some one deceive us we go in court.
In internet world there is business of Trillian dollars and no platform for frauds?
