My website was complained maliciously and godaddy blocked my domain name. The ranking fell behind.

several hours ago, find my domain xxx.com has been lock . but my site run allowable business and my customers connect well with us. how should I do for unlock the domain , cause our site not run and will have a lose for our company.

So was the domain blocked by godaddy? Contact them through their live chat or ticket system. They must have strong reasons to block a domain name and you should know what those are. Have you done anything illegal?

Domain locked is not the same as a site has been taken down. Do you host your site with GoDaddy aswell as have the domain registered through them? If so, then as SunnyLeon says, you need to contact them directly to find out what their reasons were for taking your site down. And then yoiu either need to convince them all is good, or fix whatever they tell you the problem is. If that fails, you could try moving your site and/or domain to another host/registrar.

What you need first is: find out the reason of the block. So you need to contact your domain name registrar and ask them why that was blocked and if that is blocked at all.
Having information from them you can get back to the thread or start planning your strategy.

If it is blocked by GD, try to get reason by contacting their support team. Once everything solves, better move to another registrar
