What to do if scammed

Hey people ,

This is my first time when I got scammed by somebody for 100$.

This is similar to Eric Creed scam,invest to get weekly %.

What do I do now ? I paid via PayPal but as far as I know they do not refund in such cases.

I know the guy's Phone number , email,skype ,country,city .

He doesnt respond to my emails,skype for almost a week.

Please advice.

Did you get scammed by a BHW member? If you did then shitlist them
 
If hes from bhw, put him on the shitlist.. Follow the guideline

just assume you had a good lesson for a fair price of 100$ and move on
 
It was from another forum ,but he may be a member here as well let me search him.I don't really care if he gets banned or no ,all I want to get my money back.Not replying to my messages and phone calls pisses me off.

But how to explain them everything ? If I try I can get more guys that were scammed by him.Nobody got anything only promises.One of them opened up a dispute but no reply from PP.Do you think this is a good idea to gather all together and talk to paypal somehow?

Call Paypal first and ask about it.
 
Yes I will give them a call but they are closed til monday.
 
Yeah the only thing that it seems you can do is contact Paypal on Monday. Send an email and call.
 
Update:been on the phone for over 10 mins with PP ,they told me that it's unlikely to get my refund but I can try ,the only 100% way she said to go to my bank and tell that it was an unauthorized payment and ask for my money back.
I never did the stuff with the bank ,what do you think,did any of you have success with this ? What do I tell them?
 
Open a PayPal dispute. Scam the seller back. If it's something similar to a physical object tell PayPal you haven't received the item. Don't try to tell them it's online items. If you do it correctly you should receive a refund.
 
Suck it up and chalk it up to experience. The less energy and time you put into this, and the faster you move on the better.
