One of my client ask me to do this in his facebook fan page.

How i can do this?

Can i do this in fbml page? or i have to setup a facebook application for this?

"reviews tab for the page where we have ability to add reviews and previews or upcoming games and events, just a area like notes with possible ability to embed or use html code"

a review tab already exists....u can enable it from the 'edit page' option

I know, but clients needs a feature like note tab, in a iframe app. So he can add review and game details and fb users can post comments.

Is it possible to do that through iframe app?

Yes, this is very possible. Almost anything is possible via their iFraming solution.
