What to do being a webmaster handling many social accounts?

Any webmasters who deal with managing a lot of social profiles? YT, Pin, G+, Gmail, FB, IG, etc? Would this block or cause issues if using the same IP and/or PC?

Years ago, I used to create and sometimes even handle up to 5-7 different clients that had profiles and never ran into issues, but was curious on a bigger scale?
