What To Do After Getting Phone Verification Requests

Ever since Twitter stepped up their ban waves in response to Musk exposing their bot % I've been having accounts that I used for 5+ years doing the same actions daily get suspended. I have 3 aged accounts that I'm trying to warm up now. Curious as to to what others' opinions are on what to do after receiving phone verification requests from Twitter caused by mass following. I view them as a warning from Twitter but should I?

Do you verify and simply resume whatever botting actions you were doing?
Do you wait 24 hours before unpausing actions?
How many verification requests is too many before Twitter bans the account?
What is the best course of action to take after phone verifying the account?

Just slow down the actions to a more 'natural' level, and up slowly

Yes but everyone's "natural" level is different. I've started at 10 follows per day and now I'm up to 110 and just hit a phone verification request. Wondering if that's because of too many followers or just a routine request when an account is getting warmed up.

It's pretty usual to have a phone verification, but reason can be:

quality of account,hashtags, proxy

so many variables

are you using residential proxies, data center proxies or 4g proxies?

4g proxies are by far the best ones especially for twitter, since twitter is very strict with IP addresses.

how many accounts are running on your home IP? if its up to 5 accounts it should be 99% safe.
since its normal for a family to all have twitter accounts and manually do actions.

if so I would think about slowing down with the actions, or doing them in more periods.
example: instead of 2 x per day doing 50 follows, do 5 x per day 20 follows

Yeah, I'm at a total of 5 accounts currently. Right now I've got all the follow actions spread out over the course of 12 hours at different intervals.

I've heard more than once that 5 accounts it the maximum on a REAL ip.

If using proxy the ratio I use (opinions vary for this) is 1 proxy per account. I use DC proxies and they works fine even with automation
