I have got land of 1.5 acres (66,000 sq feet), but I am not sure what I should really do about it in order to generate some quick and stable income.

What do you guys suggest?

Rent it for parties.
Build a house then rent the house.
Or just sell it.

The easiest thing ( I think ) is to make a party villa and to rent it after. The goat farm is hard if you don't have too much experience.

dig holes and rent them to some rabbits, but not to ordinary rabbits, choose the fine species.Eventually the location will become popular and will attract tourists from all over the world to whom you can extra charge for taking photos:D I already see money rolling:eek:

Cmon man be serious, :) although OP hasn't mentioned where the location of the land is I don't think it is in the thick of the Forrest.
Then again how can OP expect a serious answer when its a vague question , I mean you can only start thinking of what to do with a land if you understand the location and its surrounding.

I am not 100% sure if it's working or would it my so good idea... :D
1. Rent the land or some portion of it for some Solar panel company that sells electricity and they will plant the land full of solar panels and try to get 1-5% commission from it.
2. Rent the land for Amazon
3. Plant trees and sell the trees
4. Plant Christmas trees and sell those
5. Or rent the land for some Christmas tree seller and get commission from it.
6. or some kind of green related topic where people will for sure invest money

This really depends on many factors sort of saying. For instance for financial flow, country and profit margin for land in your area. That is generalization of it.
If it is worth, you can always make plantage of chessnuts, hazelnuts or some fruit. It really depends on country you live in and other factors.

You can also think about tourism too. It really depends.
Planting some good quality unique trees is also an option if you can sell them in 20 years or so...

Long term investment plans are way to go in your situation i think.

Quick and stable income won't go hand in hand in this case. You can have quick income, if you sell it. You can have stable income, if your rent it or use it yourself. Without knowing exactly what kind of land is that, hard to give any sound advice.

The land in itself is not too big. If it's located next to or near other lands, you can try renting it to your neighbors, who most probably could use more land and already have the knowledge/equipment.

1. IF its in the UK Id buy it.

2. If it has no protected licence on it for trees etc and you have a forest i.e it's all woodland area look at what coppicing is or get someone who can do that for you and start to turn it into firewood production.

3. If its flat land or bit of a slope but fields rent it out for horses people pays stupid money (UK more so)

4. Don't farm it you need to put serious time and energy into it - fi you want advice just ask I run a farm and do land management happy for you to PM if you need more ideas.

5. Rent it out to someone to work the land depending no the land.

Located in national highway, all basic facilities (hospital, school, etc.) are nearby. Electricity is also available 24x7. I can't reveal a lot but you can say it is anything like a developed rural region needs to be.

Yurts/earth ships + AirBnB.

EDIT: Or parking space?
