So, I have a fake EPN account, with the earnings going into a fake paypal account each month. The money gets transferred from paypal to a "friends" bank account. He then sends me the money (minus a cut) through Western Union.

I'm looking to pay taxes on this, but how would I go about declaring it to the taxman?

Also, is this illegal?

if the money can't be traced back to you...don't declare it. Doing so will only get you into trouble. I wouldn't consider declaring it unless you have no way of explaining your assets (eg. house, car, summer vaction, credit card bills, etc.)

Why declare it at all? It sounds like the money can't be traced to you anyway so don't worry about it.

Western Union cannot be traced, so you do not have to declare anything to anyone.

Make up a service that you are providing to your "friend" then you can declare the funds on that basis...

this peoples never stop to amnaze me ... asking yourself to pay taxes with no damn reason ...

DUDE WOKE UP DAMN IT < what can be on your head , and seriously I ask this > WHAT kind of brain tumor , or illness can be this ?
HOW , how in the name of god ... anyone , ever , anywhere , by any circumstances , IF hes/her brain function on normal ... can say '' I wanna voluntary pay taxes when I don't have to do ''

it's like shooting yourself on the foot , wile everyone it's trying to cut them down , to lose less , to have more profit ...

Another thing I'm curious about is this:

If you're going through all this trouble of using fake Paypal accounts, a fake EPN account, getting the money Western Unioned to you, then why on earth would you still want to pay taxes on it??

It sounds like you're going through the hassle to avoid paying taxes in the first place. If you for some unknown reason want to pay taxes on it, then do it through a real EPN account, a real Paypal account, and your own bank account.
