OK everyone, need some help. Have a new client which will be my biggest client. They are an Life Coaching Institute and looking for pricing help.

This is the structure I'm looking at:
    Stage 1 - Pricing
    • Branding ( Logo) - $300
    • Website - $1500 - $2000
      • This involves integrating WizIQ , on-page SEO with keyword research, landing pages for each location (3 locations)
    • Social Media - 300
    • Email - $200 for setup for Google apps for business (price is $5 per user) - Branded with your domain
      • Mail
      • Drive
      • Hangouts
      • Calender
Should My prices for be higher or lower for any of these?

    Thanks everyone in Advance

In my opinion, probably you could lower a bit the price of the logo and google setup. And maybe raise a bit social media, then you are fine

    Thank You,

So Logo about 250 and Google 100? Social media is only creating Uniformed banners and syncing information... Any other processes will go into a monthly.

I have charged as little as $50 for a logo I designed for a small business,
and have charged as much as $700 for a logo I sold to a large corporation.

If you are REALLY good at logo design, charging $300 is fine, but if you
are just average, $300 might be a bit too much to ask.

    Gotcha, Thanks for your feedback.

I have 3 designers i'm using (mumbai, Barbados, brazil). All are awesome but I'm trying to make profit off of it and not just a pass through. I do however, like to pay them for their work and not just short them. I'm pretty good at logos for corporations. When it comes to retail, or more creative industries then i normally enlist help.

On another note, would love to see some of your work. I'm looking to keep a list of talented individuals on standby and eventually partner with some under my company name as work comes down the pipeline and we grow.

I do consider this company small business in employee numbers but mid in their presence and where they are in their business.

What about ads to build up a following base on the social media accounts?

This is only my Stage 1 (Online presence setup)

Stage 2 will involve any advertisement, monthly maintenance, off-site SEO, ETC. Are you referring to paid add, posted adds, or an Add as the banner?

If you can charge $300 then fine, but put yourself in their shoes. Does their budget warrant this amount? Me personally, i'd not pay $300 a design unless i had unlimited budgets. $100 sounds right to me. But you are free to charge as you like. If you can get them to buy, then you already have the upper hand.

This is not what i would call a mom and pop shop. It's a virtual institute. They also have 4 physical locations on top of that. What do you think of the other pricing?

Ok after taking into account comments here, I knocked off 250 over the package and also combined logo and social branding to make pack look more appealing.
    Stage 1 - Pricing

    • Logo and social media branding - $400
    • Website - $1500 - $2000
      • This involves integrating WizIQ , on-page SEO with keyword research, landing pages for each location (3 locations)
    • Email - $150 for setup for Google apps for business (price is $5 per user) - Branded with your domain
      • Mail
      • Drive
      • Hangouts
      • Calender

Maybe so, but i do like setting my prices accordingly to my value along with the task this will include with the on-Page SEO, the landing pages, and the integration of a learning platform into the site with backend for students. This will take major time and customization.

Nah, I mean FaceBook Ads to a Fan Page For example.
Or Twitter Ads To Your Profile as another example.
Ads on the social sites themselves, to your pages/profiles.

In my country, with a low rate.

Government websites and websites for politics to have a high price.
Webmaster usual fix the price of $ 5,000.

If the clients of America, $ 2,000 is a very low price

Those prices seem alright. I'd probably charge at least double what you are for the website though, but that's just me.

I think you'd be surprised what people are willing to pay for things. Just make sure your work can live up to the price a client is going to pay.

I think your on par, I would go 500 on the logo 2k on the website 500 for social media, but not sure what that means, 1 time setup or constant content etc.. The email, depends on how many users, and what support your offering. If your signing up 25 people and only charging a 1 time setup fee and then costs, be prepared to be the go to it guy for all issues.
    But good stuff, good luck.

Ey, you have to think of the client's business size as well. Especially if i'm trying to get them on a monthly retainer this would not be feasible

The social is for the graphics done to match their new brand, takes me about 2 hours to do that once logo is done.
Only doing around 6 people for email. I will be including support in their monthly.
I gave the site some wiggle room. I will most likely just bill it out at 2k.

I think I will bump site from 1500 - 2000 to 2000 - 2500. This will give a little bit more wiggle room for options. Considering the site will have a backend for students, teachers, and for the inter grated WizIQ classroom.
