What to advertise that is difficult on Google Ads

I am looking for low margin. products or services to promote using Google Ads. Any ideas?

Also I have google credit to spend if anyone can show me a cPA offer that works well.

All CPA offers run well in Google Ads, if it does not run well in Google Ads and/or if it is not profitable to run in Google Ads, then YOU will have to analyse the Google Ads campaign and optimize it and YOU will have to analyse the landing page and optimize it.

One thing that can be difficult to advertise on Google Ads is a product or service that is not well known. People are more likely to search for products they are already familiar with, so it can be hard to get people to search for something they may not have heard of before.

Sell that and forget about g ads

No doubt, that is true if using Google Ads search campaign. But, not true if using Google Ads display campaign. In a display ad campaign, one can target people based on targeting parameters and hence target such ads (display) even to people who are not searching particularly for a particular product.
