I have 10-20 articles that will be OK quality when I edit them. None of them would ever pass as solid stuff to actually put on a money site. BUT, I was wondering if they could be put onto t1 web 2.0's that aim to a money site? Or should they be on t3 2.0's that point to better 2.0's? Share your knowledge please and thank you.

Depends on the level of quality you want to maintain on the first tier. The articles are good enough to be used as tier 1 links from your description of them, but if you want to create a really high quality first tier of links, use unique articles and save the spun articles for tier 2.

OP- always aim for quality Tier 1 with no spun or low quality content, after all you are feeding your money site from them. Quantity and low quality can go to lower tiers...

Agree 100%. Google is only going to get better and better at identifying trash content. Best to keep T1's safe.
