if you were unable to find a guide for this using the search button... then you are far too incompetent to do what you are asking to do. there are about a million and one ways. if you really want to accomplish what youre posting about, put on your big boy pants and figure it out. nobodys going to spoonfeed you.

If you're new to this I'd recommend building your own rather than buying them.
In terms of how to build links there are numerous way. Wiki links, forum profile links, blog commenting, youtube videos etc. The list goes on. Just search for any of the link types I mentioned are there will be a thread explaining how to build them.
There is no rocket science involved in setting up the web2.0 blogs. Just use the search button to get the list of web2.0 sites then create account and then post articles with link. For second tier build links from social bookmarking sites, wikis, etc.. You can look at the gtreeoutsourcing's thread for more footprints.
If you don't have time to do this things, then just visit the bst section.
Adding a bunch of high PR blog network links to the Web 2.0s can also be very effective. Check out the BST, a few really affordable ones have popped up recently.
