What this forum Needs.

Hello, there is a poll going on for super moderator here at the forum. Prior and right now of righting there has been some negative situations going on this forum. I am here to address what this forum need. Before anybody go and make a mod decision, think of this.

- Disrespect, alot of people disrespect each other on this forum, this needs to be taken control of. I watch people get into trouble for being real, when others direspect in a humerous manner, and no punishment is placed. Its good to laugh, but also good to obey the rules and be FAIR.

- Confusion, Many people find themselves confused when handling situations here on BHW, because of this they take advantage of other members so they can get out of confusion, this happens and it is bad.

- Ignorance, This is self explaining.

all needing one thing = FAIRNESS.
that is what we need on BHW.

Actually I dont hope this site be another wickedfire, is sux. Just be friendly, and dont be rude, especially mod. Please respect each others, this is rule of universal, even a king need to respect his fellow man...

We all are human, emotional, so please control yourself, we all are friend and have the same thought, just the shortest way to make a lot of money, so do your best guys!

desirez aced this, i think if we actually did this, ruck and michel would have still been here, but Im not going to play dumb, I hope I can become mod, to mod this forum properly.

Who ever gets n2 a position should just do one thing: lead by example.

Some people have been lost very recently, though I learned a lot from each of them, and a lot of things are starting to make sense (had some learning experiences the last year or so with aff mrktng, traffic building, etc). I hope to contribute as much as possible soon on some experiences, some lessons learned, and some new tricks.

However, change is inevitable. And...if things don't changes, well then, things DON'T change.

When leaders fall, others must be ready to step in and do the best that they can.
