What things to keep in mind when you're applying for a remote job?

I've never applied, nor I will, but I would love to have my own schedule for example, if I had to apply.

Hi! The title says it all.
Hours of work - see if they require you to be online for a certain time (for example , if you are going to apply for remote customer support, know what hours you are supposed to be online in your work's local time).

Employer's previous history: some platforms have reviews of employers by their previous remote workers. See what others who have worked for them previously have to say about them.

I would look if its asynchronous. This basically means if you can choose your own hours. I think this is the most important thing to look for bc that means the company most likely hires anywhere in the world. But typically I think this would mean you would have more performance reviews. Every job has its pros and cons...

It really depends on the company. The best remote job site I am aware of is remoteok.com. You can also use LinkedIn and filter for remote jobs. I hope this helps!

The guarantee you will never work in office in any condition
