What things to consider before buying RDP? I don't have high end task to do on RDP and how will it be different from VPN? Also suggest me a good RDP providers in the market.

An RDP gives you access to entire virtual machine to work on, whilst a VPN is just a proxied connection. Things to consider are what resources you need for whatever task you want to perform on your RDP - so think if RAM, cpu speed or HD size will matter. I'm a fan of SolidSEOVPS for these things

I need RDP only for windows and I have not much use of RAM, CPU, speed, HD, etc.

Before buying an RDP, consider your usage needs, security features, and customer support. RDP allows remote access to a computer, while VPN encrypts internet connections. Popular RDP providers include Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, and DigitalOcean.
Do I have to setup manually or I will get RDP after registration?

Make sure the RDP provider offers strong encryption and security measures to protect your data and privacy.

To be able to use windows for anything you'll need 2GB RAM minimum, probably 4GB if you plan on doing anything more than having a couple of tabs open in chrome. As for who to use, there are several RDP providers in the BHW marketplace: https://www.blackhatworld.com/searc...&c[child_nodes]=1&c[nodes][0]=196&o=relevance
Check reviews and prices to find something that will work for you and your budget.

You can find very good RDP sold in the forum for $5 month.
