What they called and which network is best ?

There are many website who offer to download movie ,music , app through a downloader . Like xxxmoviedownloader.exe .Those downloader install some third party software and download movie too. website owners paid for each install of downloader . So what it is called (like ppd,cpa etc) ? And which program is good for it ?

ppi if its for installs but a lot also offer ppv as they will open a pop on your desktop that shows an offer or site etc
