I think its running on a custom script and its not powered by wordpress

its a simple 3 column theme but moderated I think you can get the detail from that site. check that out.

yeah its just the basic theme that has 3 columns. There are some with 2, 4 ,5....etc

It's not wordpress

This is a good way to get an idea in the future:
Right click --> view page source
ctrl f ----> search for "wordpress" or "theme"
