They are using this CMS: https://typo3.org

I don't know anything about that and really wouldn't be surprised if it's highly customized... I would be surprised if it was some basic "theme" you can just go download.

For a company of their apparent size, they do a good job of having a website that looks like a cheap template job, even though it might not be.
