This is indeed a custom CRM they are using, but this can be build with any major directory themes available for WordPress websites =)

op there are some tools online in the future that can help you anytime you are curious exactly what theme/technology is going on

lastly if the site is WP, you can look @ page source and "CTRL +F" search "wp-theme/" and it will tell you the name right there in the directory structure. really nice sites usually use custom made themes.

i dont know any off top of my head
consider finding competitor sites on google in which the design appeals to you. then use that theme. this is my usual strategy for finding new themes.
alternatively go themelock.com and browse until one stands out to your imagination.
