Can someone help me with what theme this guy is using? What I'm mainly interested in is that widget he has on top of the site with links to his other sites. I'm basically building a group of niche sites and I wanted something similar on top of each one of them.

It's definitely custom done (the bar at the top).

Those stupid sites make more money than you'd expect, I know for a fact that dude has like 15+ employees (coders & designers) for those sites.
