what wordpress themes the sites like psychologytoday.com or succes.com use ?
Are these paid themes which I need to purchase or I have to edit the themes myself ? thanks very much. I need a popular "blog like" theme for my new multi niche site.

Yes, this is not a WP site but if you would like to check some WP site what's theme they are using you can check here:
https://www.wpthemedetector.com/

it will give you also few plugins they are using

It is drupal not wordpress , but can you convert on wordpress .
Go to Admin -> Plugins, activate the “CMS2CMS: Automated Drupal To WordPress Migration Plugin

This is not a wordpress theme, seems drupal.
