What theme and looking for tips

Hello,

I am planning on building a new site. The idea is to build a local site for the city I live in and on this site people can offer each other small jobs for free. Trade them. for example, someone offers on the site he can help you with math homework for 1 hour, you pay with virtual coins ( or however you call it ) Tho when you finish some job you offer, you will get these coins. Short said, people help each other with small jobs without paying.

Tho I want to make this in wordpress, but I have no idea what kind of theme I should be looking for. It would be nice to get some tips on this one.

Also, I wonder if there is some kind of plugin which helps me to create a "virtual" paying system on the website?

what value have the coins
if they have value they have to be paid for
If no value why bother with them

The value of the coins is, that people actually do jobs and can request jobs. The coins/virtual system will make the difference. If this will be not there I think there will be a lot people just requesting jobs, but would like to make it that people which request also have to offer something, or they run out of virtual money so they can't request anymore.
