What the law when it comes to torrents / rapidshare

    im thinking about placing links to torrents on a website, could this come back on me, although they were not my torrent.

    Also whats the law when it comes to rapidshare and other file hosts, is it legal to point people to ilegal copyrighted products..

    Of course it is not legal.

    But no one cares, I really doubt legal action will be taken against you. So you're safe.

    You also cannot place AdSense on such sites.

    there shouldn't be any problems, but repacking/renaming items and sharing them is good at driving traffic for warez sites
