What the hell?

I don't even know what went wrong.

My ads never ran before, despite getting uploaded on the account for weeks already. No impressions, no positions.

Then I emailed them to see if they were reviewing my account, then this email was replied.

By the way, I am very confident that I made no mistakes or whatever. I was just direct linking to a CPA offer, despite no impressions at all. And my account(s) is still live.

Is there anyway that you are linked to a previously banned adwords account or anything like that?

There was one that was suspended months(maybe even years) ago. But I never added any campaigns into it. It was suspended because of some mistakes I make(wrong email address, etc.).

But I have a dynamic IP anyway, so I guess it doesn't really matter?

If the info on the accounts match AT ALL, then that's why it got banned.

Not only does adwords track ip, they also have credit cards used, bank accounts, names, numbers, addresses, EVERYTHING on file, so that once your banned, it's a "difficult" task to get back in...

I wonder why my first account was suspended. I mistyped my email, and then boom.

I think I had same "names" and "addresses".

My IP is dynamic and changes whenever I want(just restart the modem), thus it doesn't really matter, does it?

Anyway, how do I get a new account?

P.S Is it OK if I replied back to them to see what went wrong? Also, my account is still live.

Google does that shit. You emailed them asking them what was going on. Instead of them actually taking the time to look into it, or explain to you what is going on, they just do that.

I have had multiple ads stop running for multiple reasons. If you want to know the truth, Yahoo converts way better and is cheaper on most keywords. You won't get the amount of traffic you do from the big G, but you will get more conversions, which is what we are looking for.

Hope that helps.

I've got accounts with MSN and Yahoo, but Google is the easiest since I'm using AdGrenade. My campaigns are all setup in less than 10 minutes, not including the time for it's offline editor to upload the information.

Thanks for the Yahoo tip, I'll verify my account then.
