I am do Clickbank mainly in health, I want to rank low competitive keywords, but whatever keywords even if there are no any search volum, still there are several same authoritative sites ranking on the top. Can I beat them, I have no any confidence. How to do? Thanks.

Clarify a little, I just want to rank the keywords that is only on 100 search volum or so.

You don't have to be Nr. 1, if you are Nr.5 for a keyword you'll still get some clicks and probably conversations so why don't you simply try it? Good luck

Low search volume does not mean low competition. Look for easy to rank keywords.

You cant beat authority sites, Try with parasites like Youtube, FB. Linkedin, High Authority Guest Posts (churn and Burn).
