What the hell is with Akismet?

I've managed to get one of my sites caught by akismet by manually commenting on a a fairly small list of high PR posts.

This is absolutely insane to me because I have managed to get several pages to 20,000+ links of wordpress alone by spamming day and night with scrapebox and none of them have ever been caught.


I guess that will teach me to try and honestly create comment backlinks....

whenever i try to post an honest comment I trip a akismet flag. whenever I try to make a dumb spammy comment it goes through. doesn't make any sense.
