What the hell is this COVID about?

I can go on and on, but you have ears, but do not listen. It is literally a waste of time. I posted the resignation letter from the Co-Founder of the Intercept speaking of Orwellian censorship, from his own publication - you deflect.

I am listening. But my point is, what proof is there? People can say anything, but how do you know it's actually factual/true?

The issue you think is debunked and fake has more corroboration than anything the MSM has yammered about for the past 3 years.

Ok, well what corroboration is that? I'm not saying conspiracy theories aren't true, but I just can't get on board with one without having any evidence.

I posted that ONE source because Rancourt cited A TON of peer reviewed papers.

Yes, but you didn't even read the studies he's citing.

Isn't it funny how people that go against the system are "discredited?"

Ok sure, maybe there's a big conspiracy going on to discredit him. But even if that's true, it doesn't change the fact that he's discrediting himself in the very link you posted on here. How can someone be considered credible when their entire "Medical Review" is based on misinterpreting and contradicting the studies he's citing??

You claim that I don't listen, but you don't seem to acknowledge or even dispute the obvious bullshit he's posting.

Why don't you look into nurses in Canada fighting to not wear masks during flu season and WINNING, because science clearly shows that the types of masks people are wearing do not prevent the spread of viruses.

So because some nurses disputed the "vaccination or mask" rule and won, that makes it science? Even if the outcome was determined by a mediator with no medical or scientific experience? As well as speculation that the decision may have been made based on the fact that there were no outbreaks at the time? I bet they've changed their views now with a covid-19 outbreak.

If anything, there's way more evidence that masks do work. And so far haven't found any evidence suggesting they don't work, aside from the flawed information you have been giving me lol

...Plus the entertainment
It really doesn't matter which side of the debate you are on. There is some great humor and entertainment that has been created as a result of all this.
- Watch some of the public freak-out videos.
- Creative candy delivery systems to give kids candy on Halloween.
- Hospital staff dancing around
- The media's constant contradictions (there are hundres if not thousands of examples), like this:

View attachment 150442

At least we can have SOME fun with all of it!

Sorry, I'm slow. What is the contradiction in this image?

I knew one of you geniuses would say this and I was just waiting to see which one it was. Unsurprisingly it was you.

Within the context he was talking about, he was comparing coats protecting against hypothermia with masks protecting against COVID.

Mask use to do with preventing pollution inhalation has nothing to do with the point he was making, but because that simple concept is far above your cognitive abilities you just went "wait a minute, what about using masks for pollution too duhhhh".

I'm ignoring you as I would ignore a monkey that was trying to teach me how to drive a car. You made it clear that giving you any more respect than that was a mistake.

But I just wanted to quickly congratulate you on being the one that was mentally challenged enough to try to bring mask use for pollution into this point where that is completely irrelevant.. bravo.

Coat use to do with style has nothing to do with the point he was making, but because that simple concept is far above your cognitive abilities you just went "wait a minute, what about the coat style duhhhh".

But I just wanted to quickly congratulate you on being the one that was mentally challenged enough to try to bring coat style into this point where that is completely irrelevant.. bravo.

So how do you explain all the deaths? How do you explain overloaded hospitals? Overloaded morgues? Mass graves? Doctors pleading for help? The entire world of medical professionals and scientists are working together to make some big conspiracy? Doesn't that sound far-fetched?

Mask is for someone who has covid? Ok, well how will you know if you have it? Or you don't believe that people can be asymptomatic? You don't believe in science?
I just waited to someone to ask me this. Not all deaths are from coronavirus. Gov pays people for funeral if they say that someone died from coronavirus. I mean, there are people dying from all kinds of stuff that are not including covid and they said it is from covid. People open your eyes and see real sh*t.

This is my opinion, someone else have other, I appreciate everyone opinion, I am not trying to convince someone to anything or that I am smarter one. Just saying my perspective of all this

And everyone has the potential to carry the virus in them, that's how we should treat a pandemic situation.
The vast majority of spreading and transmitting the virus is done by asymptomatic carriers.
I am more than agreeing with you on this. Just saying mask are not that much for protection that they saying. Protection like protecting for getting it

Maybe. But why should anyone believe you? What proof do you have to suggest real sh*t? Are you saying that scientists are wrong? That doctors aren't actually pleading for help, hospitals aren't actually getting overloaded, etc? I get it's just your opinion, but I'd say it's pretty far-fetched to believe.

This has been really fun though lol Your point being that my point about the purpose of masks is irrelevant. But my whole point in the previous post was that your point about coats was irrelevant. Especially considering he's just posting a meme making fun of you guys. I think I know your tricks though :p Get called out misquoting / misinterpreting info and/or not making any sense, then go on the offensive and try to insult other people's intelligence as an attempt to discredit it/them (suggesting it's not even worth explaining) to make yourself look/feel smarter lol Or I dunno... maybe we just both have that dunning-kruger. hahahaha

I am more than agreeing with you on this. Just saying mask are not that much for protection that they saying. Protection like protecting for getting it

But no one is saying it is much of protection for getting it. People just don't listen to the right sources.

If wearing a cloth mask gives you 5 - 10% protection from getting the virus that's not much (still better than nothing though).
But if it creates ~30% barrier for your own droplets (depending on the size this can go up to 90%) to spread around in the air and on surfaces where it can survive for days and weeks - now that's huge actually.
Those 30% compounded for everyone are able to make a big difference in the long term. Couple that with distancing, avoiding to gather in crowds, disinfection and avoiding going places unnecessary and things start coming under control, at least to some extend. Lift all restrictions and the danger of overwhelming the HCS and the whole society with sick people is right in your face as we see throughout Europe.

Coat use to do with style has nothing to do with the point he was making, but because that simple concept is far above your cognitive abilities you just went "wait a minute, what about the coat style duhhhh".

Of course it does. Look I'll go through the difference very slowly for you, because I know that leaving you to figure this out yourself is obviously not going to happen.

1. He was saying "people are sheep for wearing coats when only 1500 people per year die of hypothermia". The point of him saying that was comparing it to other people saying that mask use is pointless when only a small amount of people actually die from COVID.. ie. people saying "why do people wear masks when 99.9% of people don't die".

2. He thought that was a fair comparison because he's got the IQ of a piece of paper. He was wrong.

3. Here's the important part. He is focused on deaths from mask use in spite of a low death rate from COVID. Including mask use for pollution has nothing to do with that point and it's irrelevant.

4. Here's the second important part. He's making the mistake of positing that the only reason people wear coats is to prevent hypothermia. ie. "why do people wear coats when only 1500 people die from hypothermia" -> "because people also wear coats for other reasons, including comfort and style". That's why these are relevant, while talking about pollution prevention with masks isn't.

Just keep your stupid comeback that makes no logical sense to yourself. I know you're going to disagree because I know even if you had a university professor stood in front of you you'd disagree with him too, even though you probably didn't go past a 6th grade education and all of your classes were held in a hut in the middle of a field.

then go on the offensive and try to insult other people's intelligence as an attempt to discredit it/them
No seriously, it's not a tactic, I just passionately hate speaking to dumb people about important things that think they're smart. The internet has somehow made you feel like you (as someone with with a skillset that probably consists of a) spamming, b) packing fruit into boxes) has some kind of understanding of what you're talking about when you blatantly don't.

That can be forgiven, but what can't is as Hubba pointed out, you deflect on every point after asking for data and stats then getting it..

..but more than that, your whole argument is based on dumb bullshit, you can't use basic logic at all, you're not interested in the objective truth and you can't deal with this conversation in an honest way.

We aren't both experiencing the Dunning-Kruger effect (you can't "have" a phenomenon btw, it's not a disease), even though funnily enough as long as you thought someone else was as well you would consider that to be a win. You're honestly probably in the lowest 1% of people that have the capacity to pass valid arguments about anything discussed in this thread, as has been repetitively proven.. by you. Does that clear things up a bit?

Maybe being here for 7 years and getting 88 thumbs up (miraculously) for more than 1100 different comments is a stat simple enough for your brain to be able to process and understand the implications of?

I'm going back to ignoring you now.

Breaking news from Poland

Yesterday, the two youngest "victims of the coronavirus" died.

Why am I writing about this?
First I'll correct it, no, this is not a conspiracy theory, yes the virus is real, yes the virus is a threat, yes ...

But what's weird about the situation?

THEY WERE BREED. The youngest who died "from coronavirus" in Poland were siblings and died within one day. A terrible tragedy and I do not deny it, but let's go further.

Yesterday, ALL FUCKING DAY all media in Poland (mainly state television) was just talking about it.

What turns out?

they both had many diseases, diabetes, arthritis, the boy had a heart condition, both were treated from birth, both were burdened with genetic diseases. They didn't die of covid, they just got infected and stayed indoors. That's what.

HEADINGS IN CLICKBAIT PORTALS?

"A 19-year-old student died. She is the youngest victim of coronavirus in the county"

The pandemic is one thing, but the way they use the media makes me sick. I feel like puking this propaganda.

The fact that the dead are only the fault of the system. They left them home alone and died of duplications. It's a disgrace, I would have ended up like this if I wasn't constipated by my family and my family doctor. The rulers have blood on their hands and doctors hiding in clinics and giving telepaths. We live in a mega fucked-up world.

And so, the vast majority, at least in Poland, die of comorbidities.
Source? Sure! Here you go, the Ministry of Health: https://www.facebook.com/MZGOVPL

Of course I remind you. The topic is not for conspiracy theories, but for the fucking situation in the world.

3. Here's the important part. He is focused on deaths from mask use in spite of a low death rate from COVID. Including mask use for pollution has nothing to do with that point and it's irrelevant.

So? That's the important part?

4. Here's the second important part. He's making the mistake of positing that the only reason people wear coats is to prevent hypothermia.

This is my point! You're making the EXACT same mistake you're claiming he's making. You're suggesting that the only reason people wear masks is to prevent viruses.

ie. "why do people wear coats when only 1500 people die from hypothermia" -> "because people also wear coats for other reasons, including comfort and style". That's why these are relevant, while talking about pollution prevention with masks isn't.

People also wear masks for other reasons too, including comfort and style. So with your skewed sense of logic, it's ok for you to call him out claiming he's making a mistake because "people also wear coats for other reasons" and say it's relevant. But then somehow it's ok for you to make the SAME mistake about masks, but then claim it's not relevant.

It's very hypocritical and you sound incredibly conceited lol Oh and good job ignoring all the other purposes I listed and focusing specifically on pollution. I suppose I could do the same to you considering you were also talking about pockets and random other coat purposes.

No seriously, it's not a tactic, I just passionately hate speaking to dumb people about important things that think they're smart.

"Overconfident people are often quite insecure, and they cover up their insecurities through dominating and controlling others. They find it hard to admit being wrong, and they will often cling to a belief even in the face of evidence that it's outdated or wrong."

I provided you guys with EVIDENCE of being wrong and/or providing/quoting inaccurate information. Maybe I'm "mentally challenged" or whatever you're suggesting, but that doesn't change the fact that you haven't been able to refute anything I've said.

Instead, it somehow makes sense for you to act like you've refuted someone's evidence simply just by ignoring them or attacking their intelligence and claiming things are irrelevant or "dumb bullshit" lol

And yes, maybe I'm not dealing with the conversation in an honest way. Because --NEWSFLASH-- I already know the mask stuff is irrelevant. I already know the coat/mask comparison is stupid. That's the whole friggin point! lol he's posting a meme from reddit that's making fun of people who have the same stupid views about masks. But there you are taking the entire thing literally, claiming he's making the mistake of saying coats only have one purpose, while you simultaneously make the SAME mistake claiming masks only have one purpose. My point is that they're both irrelevant. It's just a joke.

And somehow you're claiming I'm not interested in the objective truth? Yet you're there SUBJECTIVELY suggesting to people that "94% of deaths probably weren't even COVID", then parading around as if you're the "stats guru" with a bachelor's degree in statistics lol All because the stats show only 6% of people died with COVID marked as their only reason. Yet, your superb logic tells you... who cares if it's scientifically proven that COVID causes people to die from other reasons? Who cares if stats show an extra 200,000+ in deaths compared to the previous years. I'll just say "those people would have died anyway". It's just a coincidence that those EXTRA 200,000 people died while having covid, right?

Do you REALLY think you're being objective here? Where is this "objective truth" that I'm supposedly not interested in? And how does this work? Like do you believe in the stats, but just not the science behind it? Or do you only believe in the stats when they fit your agenda -- so you can cherrypick through them and twist their perception? lol

And in regards to deflecting, is that not a fair thing to do when both you and Hubba are providing inaccurate information? Jeez, Hubba's data was from a discredited fired university professor who can't even get his work into a medical journal. But I still kept an open mind and gave the dude the benefit of the doubt (considering all the conspiracy theories). But it's clear after reading through some of the papers he's citing that Hubba never bothered to read them, and the dude who wrote it falsified the entire "blog post" or whatever you want to call it.

So sure, I'll deflect. But somebody has to try and keep you guys in line :P

The internet has somehow made you feel like you (as someone with with a skillset that probably consists of a) spamming, b) packing fruit into boxes) has some kind of understanding of what you're talking about when you blatantly don't.

Because you're somehow any better? lol I suppose we should start comparing our bank accounts, life accomplishments, and wiener size? hahahaha

We aren't both experiencing the Dunning-Kruger effect (you can't "have" a phenomenon btw, it's not a disease), even though funnily enough as long as you thought someone else was as well you would consider that to be a win. lol so now we're going to make this about who has the most likes? Do I have to start whoring myself for likes on here too, and that will make me smarter? hahahaa Can I carry likes over from other platforms to make my numbers better?

Sure ignore me, but no, it doesn't clear it up for me. If anything just reassures me more that you're full of crap lol

"Overconfident people are often quite insecure, and they cover up their insecurities through dominating and controlling others. They find it hard to admit being wrong, and they will often cling to a belief even in the face of evidence that it's outdated or wrong."

Masks don't help? lol

"Within two weeks of the governor issuing a statewide mandate on face coverings, his team observed a significant drop in coronavirus cases. They also observed trends mirroring state data when new cases surged this summer, as well as "blips" when students returned to college campuses and schools, Pardue said. "

And yes, maybe I'm not dealing with the conversation in an honest way. Because --NEWSFLASH-- I already know the mask stuff is irrelevant.
And in regards to deflecting, is that not a fair thing to do when both you and Hubba are providing inaccurate information?
Thanks for finally admitting that you've dealt with this whole conversation in a scummy way from the beginning.

Yet you're there SUBJECTIVELY suggesting to people that "94% of deaths probably weren't even COVID"
You obviously don't know what subjective means, it's not surprising. Subjective means from my own experiences alone, so how can me quoting a statistic from the CDC be subjective? Well it can't, by definition, because I didn't create the number in my mind from my opinions about the world.

Complicated stuff, I know.

Do I have to start whoring myself for likes on here too
No, it just shows that for a vast majority of the things that you say people either don't agree with them or don't care about them.

When there's such a huge disparity between the amount of times you've commented on something and the handful of times someone has liked what you said enough to give you a thumbs up is indicative that you talk a lot but don't say much of value.

If you think that me having a healthy amount of thumbs ups is from "whoring myself out" and that makes you feel better that you've got one of the worst ratios on BHW in 7 years you've got less thumbs up than a majority of people get in two months, that doesn't bother me at all because it's your SUBJECTIVE opinion. (See how using that term works)

I mean this sincerely: why are you having this conversation? You're welcome to, obviously, but you are so clearly out of your depth with even basic things like understanding subjectivity, and your desperate attempt at winning at all costs by deflecting and being a dishonest asshole.

Why not try to learn from this conversation, things like what your limits are, why its a bad idea to jump into discussions you're not very well versed on, and why people dislike other people that are disingenuous in discussions.. then stop trying to ham-handedly win this argument, and just move on with something else.

There's serious nothing you're contributing here that provides any value to anyone, including yourself. When you reflect on this conversation it must have some kind of a negative impact on your self esteem, even if you don't know it now.

Consciously you might be telling yourself that you're really smart for finding creative ways of disagreeing with data from scientists and pretty much disagreeing with everything without even considering it, but your subconscious mind knows that what you're doing is a weak way of behaving, and if you live your life the way you're handling this conversation (ie. being slimy and dishonest at every chance you get) you'll never see yourself as a strong person or someone worth the respect of others.

I'm sure in real life you probably act the same way, and I'm sure that your friends and family can see the same negative traits in your life that I can see in this conversation, and nobody finds that impressive. No one likes their friend who always lies and never admits the things they do wrong. They come across as weak and untrustworthy. Do you even think that about yourself? That you're a weak and untrustworthy person?

You don't have to be though Samie, seriously. You can realise that what's more important that winning this argument is to realign the way that you engage with the world... across the board, not just here. Try to imagine how much better it would feel if you weren't deflecting throughout this discussion, but instead you listened to the counterarguments I'm making, then you thought about them for a little while, then you give me back some new perspective based in logic for me to consider. That's how good disagreements go.. back and forth honestly and productively. Have you ever experienced that?

Just some food for thought anyway, because dishonesty isn't a virtue or a strength, it's one of the quickest ways to identify the weakest people in society so you can fucking avoid them like the plague. They're always trouble, and they have very little of value to provide to other people because they're always looking for ways to get something for themselves.. at all costs. Sound familiar?

Just consider this comment anyway, because you don't have to be a dishonest swine for your whole life.. you can change the way you think through patience and persistence, and maybe in the future you can engage in an honest disagreement to see how much better it feels than this shitshow.

Ok genius :P "Subjective refers to information that is based on personal opinions." So how is saying "94% of deaths probably weren't even COVID" or "those people would have died anyway" not your personal opinion? Not only is it subjective, it's inaccurate based on stats and scientific evidence. Your interpretation of that stat is subjective and wrong, yet you're claiming it's the "objective truth". So am I the only dishonest one here? YOU are the one not interested in the objective truth. Everything you say is completely backwards. It's like you're talking about yourself lol You're either bullshitting yourself, or bullshitting to save face.

But I get it, I'm just not smart enough to understand your super advanced logic, or whatever subjective means lol Maybe if I work on getting that like count up then I'll start understanding :D

Just read this PDF from 2010 and i think many of you will get another opinion about that "covid" thing. The main point is on page 18.

You obviously don't have to be though Samie, seriously.

Just consider this comment anyway, because you don't have to be a dishonest swine for your whole life as well.. you can change the way you think through patience and persistence, and maybe in the future you can engage in an honest disagreement to see how much better it feels than this shitshow.

Yep :P That's apparently the "important" part. The part where you continue to talk about yourself and how dishonest you are. How you deflect and can't admit to being wrong. How you don't understand what subjective means lol But then accuse other people of not understanding it hahahahaha oh and "objective" too considering you're "telling yourself that you're really smart for finding creative ways of disagreeing with data from scientists", but for some reason you call it "objective".

"You can't use basic logic at all, you're not interested in the objective truth and you can't deal with this conversation in an honest way." I feel like I can just copy all your posts and post them back to you lol You sound delusional although I'm sure you're just trying to mess with me rather than admitting to being wrong :P
