Don't want to get into a long discussion about this, but conspiracies aren't all made up bullshit Bart. There are plenty of proven cases where people called other people idiots for believing in a conspiracy theory and it turned out to be 100% true.. plenty mate.

I can create a big long list of proven conspiracy theories that were true.

And yeah, there are shittons of nutty conspiracy people that say all kinds of retarded shit, but saying that all conspiracy theories are made up is limiting your ability to perceive reality fully, which is that people in power do really fucked up shit consistently throughout history.

I agree that there's no proof that the virus isn't organic, and personally I wouldn't say that I thought there's anything to show that it wasn't an organic event. But that doesn't mean it's impossible that it wasn't.

You know who commented on the weird collapse of WTC 7 with friends right on the afternoon of 9/11? Nothing hit that building.

You know who questioned the origin of this virus? Why a virus with such a different genetic profile appeared out of nowhere?

I questioned all these things.

It's DENYING that the virus is what it is .

Denying that you MUST isolate while we don't have a vaccine.

It's going online and telling friends the virus is nothing and then watching their elderly relatives die early because people couldn't put off their BBQ and beer.

Bro I actually agree with you, and the problem is that people can be really careless about how they think and talk when they are dealing with something they think is a conspiracy of some kind.

It's really unhelpful when people say "the coronavirus was created to destroy the economy" because the obvious response is "how can you possibly know that", then the following point is "did someone trick you into thinking this for their own agenda (we all know you mean orange man, and the reason is to stir people up so he gets reelected)".

So I can 110% see your perspective, I don't disagree with you with regards to people that are convinced 100% that something like this is just a plot to crash the economy.. you need to be open to it just being organic as well.

But.. in the same regard, people thinking that conspiracies never happen fool themselves completely! This could 100% be orchestrated.. it just could. There's no way that you can disprove that right now, and there's certainly advantages for some people if they did that.

If you think the wealthiest and most powerful people in the world wouldn't deliberately crash the economy then you missing the point - money loses it's importance at a certain level, and then what's really important is control.

But it's important to discuss things in a precise way - not saying that this is true or false, but asking questions without an agenda and being able to deal with the reality of a pretty shitty world sometimes.

Yes, it doesn't affect people like us (i have it too and I have no symptoms but my dad is in a very bad condition, I just called him and he doesn't respond so I think they've transfered him to ICU..
Protect your parents and grandparents, PLEASE. I also used to think this virus is no big deal.

Sorry dude, I hope your Dad gets better. It's sad that people don't realize (or care) that it can effect people of all ages, and that they're more worried about "being controlled". Another thing people don't realize is that even if your Dad makes it, he could be left with life-long complications from the damage it's caused his heart / lungs / etc.

Thanks for the kind words man, I hope he makes it. I'm really scared and desperate right now..
People need to realize that if we don't take hard measures this virus will continue to spread and infect people. Hell, I'd rather be stuck in my house for 1-2 months than having to deal with this virus for years.
I don't get why people think their freedom is taken away when they have to wear a mask when they enter a grocery store, like you literally wear it for 2 minutes wtf. They need to realize that once this pandemic is over, wearing masks will also be over but that's up to them..

Exactly! Technically with even less time than that, we could basically abolish the virus if we somehow orchestrated the entire population to stay in their homes. But I know that would be too unrealistic, especially for those people that don't want to be controlled. Pretty sure that's something like what they did in China to get a handle on things so fast. Imagine how those people would be reacting if they lived there during that lol

Anyways, again, I hope your Dad is ok. Even if he's in ICU, hopefully he can make it out of this. Nothings guaranteed either way, but there's been 100-year-old patients who beat it and he could too.

You need to get out of your echo chamber. Even the highly praised Dr. Fauci had written that chloroquine (much lower LD50 than HCQ = more dangerous) acted as both a vaccine and a cure for SARS. There are hundreds of doctors that have had excellent success with treating COVID patients with a cocktail of HCQ, zinc and azithromycin, and other very inexpensive, non patented drugs, such as antiparasitics. As @M4DM4X mentioned countries that use HCQ early on have lower mortalities. I'm not saying there is no virus. If people research and look at established science it is clear there is some sort of agenda going on here. Doctors that are actually treating people on the front lines are being silenced by social media and MSM. Blue checkmark highly published and respected MD's have had their twitter accounts locked just for posting their medical experiences treating COVID. These are people that have successfully treated outpatient COVID suffers with near perfect success (no hospitalizations). In the US a 5 day round of HCQ, zinc and Azith can cost as little as $20. It is MUCH cheaper in many other countries. New Zealand is a country that is sparesly populated and heavily relies on tourism. Their economy will suffer greatly for it. They eliminated it before and it came back when they opened the borders again. The only way to truly control it is to find an effective cure/treatment and also hope the rest of the world does otherwise the same issues will happen again when the borders open up.

They cannot be compared with the US or the UK.

I'm with you on the concerns about the virus itself, but vaccines take years to be tested and considered safe and there will still be question marks on their effectiveness. If you expect the general public to live like this until that happens then that's another conspiracy theory in my opinion.
 
If you want to take a look at cold hard reality you should first check COVID death rate and after that pull up charts and data of unemployment and death rate correlation.

Just something to think about.

Whether you are or aren't a CCP shill you KNOW that China KNEW about the disease, tried to cover it up and allowed tens of millions of potentially infected Chinese people to travel around the globe. All at the same time they severely restricted travel inside of China. They then pressured the WHO to state it was racist or some nonsense to limit travel to and from China.

Your theory of total isolation to destroy the virus is not feasible. People still need to produce and transport food, medicine, etc. Not to mention we need water, power and every other thing that makes countries go. These things require people that must move about. Even if somehow we could literally isolate every single person on the planet for a month it may not work. There appears to be some people becoming re-infected. We don't know if the virus was actually just laying dormant. Shoot, there STILL isn't an isolate of the virus from nature so scientists are shooting blind.

Yeah, that's why I'm saying it's not realistic and it would need to be highly orchestrated. But hypothetically, if the government made sure everybody was fine financially, stocked up on food, and stayed in their house (aside from emergencies and necessary workers), then maybe it could be done. Depending on testing capabilities, maybe people can even test themselves from home. There MAY be re-infection. But last I heard, it's very rare, and still questionable in regards to whether it went away in the first place. In either scenario, it would still drastically slow the infection. Again I know it's not realistic.

It was fairly immoral and not done like that, but it worked for China. Regardless of if you think China are liars, or if they are liars, hiding their stats etc, I think it's pretty evident they did a lot better than the United States.

NO THEY DIDN'T do better. They KNOWLINGLY infected the rest of the world, probably because they didn't want to be the only country economically crippled. That is an action worthy of war.
Regarding President Trump. He halted travel from China in January, while the WHO, Dr. Fauci, etc. said it wasn't necessary (WHO was stating there was no evidence of person to person transmission.) Democrat politicians (including Joe Biden) said the travel ban was xenophobic. Yes, a leader should NOT INCITE PANIC, so downplaying was understandable. Lastly, the US is a constitutional republic. You're obviously not American, so you should look into federalism. Unless President Trump were to declare martial law there is nothing more he could have done.

SARS-CoV-2 was isolated many a times in different labs across the world and shown to be the cause of COVID-19. There are many publications to be retrieved easily on the web, PubMed for one instance.
