When my FIverr account suspend with $535 i will contact 2 times with fiverr customer support and they said again contact within 45 days we will refund your available revenues. Now 60 days gone i will contact with fiverr customer support they never responded to my question. And when i open my existing request then show " This request is closed for comments "

this is also happened with me one time.
Fiverr staff said contact us after 45 days.
Currently its 10 days over and i am still waiting for 45 days..

Did you try to send someone your contact details?

People will try to bait you into giving them out - don't.

they don't care about seller....and maximum time they take sellers money...poor marketplace

They do, but that is not always the case. I had similar problems and sometimes they just ignored my questions.

if they never responded our question...how can we know why fiverr did this...i am still waiting for the answer now 6 days gone
