What the hell has been wrong with the forums?

I get the same problem : Database error and then I feel like scream, cry and jumping up and down on the same time, I think I spend most of my time on bhw lol, maybe im an addict. lol .

Dont this people that work here,know how to defend their own servers or buy new servers and update security?
Whats going on? There are tens of peeps working here , cant believe it.
A few days ago, I had the same problem almost all day long.
