If he just starts 3 new sites without knowing what went wrong with the first one, he will probably not have better luck ranking them with this algo.

check which pages were getting traffic before, reset them try changing the title desc and content and images

How do you know OPs issue is the indexation bug and not just the algo update in itself?

Because mobile usability decrease to 1 page and everything is ok in the GSC. And also he can't find his pages on google when he uses the command ":site", it shows 1 result it's the homepage lol
I mean an algo update should not desindex massively the pages but lower your ranking if your site is bad
 
hmmm looks like not only u have same problem , maybe they making some changes ? did u ask about it ?

I'm curious as well, as of yesterday, google search console has stopped keeping track of my top two keywords. What could be the issue with that? google analytics still shows the actual clicks, though.

You obviously build all three with different strategies. Great content, worse content, spammy backlinks, HQ backlinks, different SILO structures and so on.

Also, the latest algo update was in my opinion completely random. I have several sites in the same niche and not all of them got hit, hence my point.

Well, it depends on how deep or important is what OP is doing wrong. If you are missing a couple of letters from the alphabet, no matter how you arrange the ones you know, you are not going to get very far.

In your blog content you might be using the relevant keywords often due to which google rejects the keyword and does not rank them
