I am pretty sure that Decaptcher has some coding issues :

The top and bottom captchas being the ones in question. The top one is most intriguing. From the answer they give me, it looks like whoever wrote that, was looking at a recaptcha type captcha (Two english words).

And the bottom one is way off, But still looks like a captcha.

I have had issues before with decaptcher. I have seen results come back as "Testing" and crap like that. But these look like whoever the workers are, are being shown the wrong captchas.

Anyone else had this? I'm not talking like mis spelled, or workers messing around. These genuinely look like captchas, but are just for the wrong image..

Yeah, that is the problem with a service like that...when they manually try to ' decaptcha ' a captcha script, they pull it up directly and then bypass the images they have cracked onto you, however, if it isn't one they have successfully cracked and automated, you are at risk of getting these manually generated captcha posts like you are seeing there in your examples.

I would never use them due to that reason. The irrony is in the fact that spambots are what brought the need for captcha around in the first place...which is funny as it is now a pain in the butt of the people that originally caused the spam, such as some bh'ers do.

Karma is a laugh a minute in that way.

I wish there was a way around it, as for so many automation sequences, such as automatic submissions and postings would be so easily managed. However, that isn't going to happen due to it being what it is.

    That's outstanding. Good for you.

Not knocking them or anything, they do what they can do. Just not my thing, as it is what it is and that isn't good enough for what I would need from a service like that.

Glad it works for you though..sincerely. That's always great to hear a service works, even if it isn't all the time.

I would say mine is much much lower. At the end of day I don't mind, because it's for my own use, and I'm not too hung up on success rate.

I know when I was providing a service, for example 100 forum profiles, and I needed them to be bang on, they were a real pain in the ass.

As I say, I don't mind if they are getting em wrong, that's fine when it is a misspelling or whatever. BUt this looks like they have issues on the backend, showing the wrong captchas..

Ya...to me....it's worth losing the .001 cents or w/e per incorrect captcha. I would never expect a captcha service to be completely perfect. Doesn't matter though, when the only real alternative is to enter captchas manually (I'm a marketer not a data entry specialist....lol)

Yeah but you have to remember there is about 5-6 other options. All of which bit the decaptcher model.

    deathbycaptcha/bypasscaptcha/captchabuster/beatcaptcha to name a few.

There is always competition and I would recommend bypasscaptcha as I use it with my auto poster. There speed is great and there downtime is almost 0.

I have very low success rate on decaptcha. I tried to register at 5000 Pliqq sites and the success rate of captcha recognition was about 20% :(
When I check my account on decaptcha and look at the details I have the same situation like in the 1st post but with the recapctha - sometimes easy recaptcha is totally wrong written.

    Hi,

I'm the owner of deathbycaptcha.com, a Captcha solving service similar to Decaptcher.com. We charge $1.75 per / 1000 Captchas as opposed to the $2 / 1000 Captchas that Decaptcher offers.

I've read your complaints about wrongly decoded captchas and unfortunately, these errors occur with all captcha solving providers. However, we here at DBC, strictly monitor our captcha solvers to minimize incorrect captchas. You do not pay for captchas that are solved incorrectly.

We have been making some improvements on our system based on customer feedback and we would like BHW members to try DeathByCaptcha. If you are interested in some free credits to try out DBC, please send me a PM with your DeathByCaptcha.com UserID and I'll add a few dollars into your account so that you can try it out for free.

    Always at your service,
    DeathByCaptcha.com Management

You don't pay for wrong captchas with Decaptcher, either. As with any other captcha service that gives refunds, the software developer has to take the proper steps to notify the captcha service that the returned answer was incorrect.

All I'm saying is, don't bag the captcha solver for getting it wrong, bag the developer for not requesting a refund.

I couldn't care less about me losing a few cents. I do care about things taking twice aslong as they should because of so many wrong entries.

Looks like manual captcha entry is the way you want to go? Maybe, don't sit there and watch it work. That old, "A watched pot never boils", same principle applies.

    are you stupid?

This is their BUSINESS, they make money off of solving captcha for people. If they suck that bad then they are simply a shitty solution and people will just go somewhere else.

What about decaptchers 'priority' queue? What a joke i have to PAY MORE when your crappy server is overloaded just so i can get the service i paid for in the first place? Yeah fuck off i'm going to stick with somebody else.
