What the hell Adwords? From €2 to €90!

After 12~ hours I just logged in and saw that I spent €90 when my daily budget was €2

Can anyone explain what happened?

I contacted the support, everything is ok, I will need to pay only 2.40 euros, when you check in the billing it writes the real amount, support said it sometimes happens with video ad campaigns and I got these 9000+ (€80 worth) views for free, but I dont think theyre useful, because completely zero likes and comments for that video, I targeted very specific keywords for my niche, so it looks just not real traffic.

I am Adwords Certified. I can help you out, but need to look into the campaign little more !

And one more question:
Is it Search Ad or a Video Ad targetting Youtube/Vimeo Ads only ?
Not regular Search Ads ?
Actually i used to handle one such campaign, so it will mostly be Botnet views, which if you coerce with the Billing team, they'd reimburse you the money !
