I'm finding the way to find the support by using email or support ticket system in GD.
They have phone support but I couldn't communicate with them using English nor other languages that they support.
The live chat is always offline on my end.
It's just that I want to export the invoice into PDF format. I could not find anywhere to export into PDF format except only CSV and Print.
So, is anyone know their client email support beside Live Chat & Phone?
