What the he** happen to my ogads?

The question is in the title.

This is the scenario.
I replace my old content locker to my new content locker (cause I think its the problem why I get no conversion but have clicks). Then after I replaced it. After a few days of observation I still got the same problem,then when I check the stats (stats by locker). The one who go get the clicks is the old locker that I already replace. Can someone know this problem?.
