Yeah posting links like that on BHW will get your account banned. I don't see what the big deal is. I can upload 1,000 videos to one account with no problem and it wont get banned. If they are all MY VIDEOS, or REAL....

Maybe we ban you for advertising your link in your Signature instead? Just because it isn't an active hyper link doesn't mean you should be advertising in your signature without donating to the forum. People need to relax about "outing other peoples work." The easiest way to learn is to study other peoples work. If we can find you, YouTube can find you too. If you don't want to be banned, try to work your blackhat methods to work the TOS of websites.

Relax. If people are afraid of getting banned, follow the TOS of websites or at least stay under the radar. Uploading 1000 videos in 1 day is going to get peoples attention.
