my site just got suspended without any notice... anybody experience this thing with rmxhost.com/

P.S (from RMX)An e-mail was sent yesterday to inform you, but it bounced for unknown reason. my bad..

The domain is in process of being transferred to another server due to heavy load. We do not suspend accounts for such things - we just move them to a more powerful server.

The client has been informed yesterday, but the e-mail bounced, as he already stated. Everything's good

Heya, can I ask you how many visitors you had when you got the heavy load issue?
This info would be of a great help to me, I'm just deciding where to move my site to RMX or somewhere else.

This is some grade A boo-shit...VPS is down. Just glad I don't host my sites with them...yikes. An update on what's going on would be cool.
