They ban accounts for a lot of reasons. There is no point in contacting them. You should try creating a new account from a fresh device and IP (you can use same e-mail).

I think in the past 1-2 years, there are a lot of people that want to join and have joined, so they maybe have enough affiliates and even block people from allowed countries.

They ban newbies to avoid scammers. My account was banned as soon as I created it. I contacted support but they declined to activate it. I've created a new account and using it without any problems since over an year. This is not a social media account to worry about my brand.

If your registration pattern flagged something off on there end, you won't get the account back even if you contact them. You can contact them to prove you are legit if your country isn't banned. Otherwise, open another account.
