What the F*** JVZoo Doing...!

Hello BHW,

Hope all are doing well.

I bought a product from JVZoo, it's really worst product. And they have 30 days unconditional refund. I am requesting refund after the 30 min of purchased. Its been 3 Days,Vendor is not responding. I contact to JVZoo support, they saying they can't do any thing, Vendor is responsible for that. They don't have any responsibility.

They can't do anything if the customer ask for refund, but they only can approve Worst Products for money. They have no power to protect the SCAM. Now I decided not to buy anything from JVZoo.

If Vendor don't pay Affiliates, they cant do anything. Last year vendor did not paid me $250. I contact to the Support, they said the same, they cant do anything & suggest me to Contact Vendor. So they have no power to protect this SCAM also. That's why I stopped promoting JVZoo from last year.

JVZoo Just Sucking Money by the Lame Platform. I think they should not hold this platform/ marketplace if they have no Power/ Responsibility.

How did you pay for the product?

Most of these are paypal or credit card transactions. Copy+paste the refund policy and contact your card company or paypal, with proof that you've tried to get a resolution for a refund and nothing transpired.

Typically, they should be able to do something...

Yep. JVZoo heavily promotes "binary-options-robot" which is nothing short of a scam. It's not like they're stealing money from subscribers, but the robot software generates nowhere near the advertised promised 80%+

Anyways, I've always considered JVZoo a magnet or shady black and grey hatter's. Zero accountability.

Well, if the product really is shit, then share the product name/link so that people can avoid it.

It's personal rule to not buy anything from JVzoo because their support sucks, Anyways OP can you please name the product.

I paid throw Paypal. Paypal removed my Bank. Its related to the US Bank, So I don't want to take any risk.

The Service is Related to US Bank for Non-US Citizen. I must share it to Download Section, if its a Downloadable Product.
I will share the SCAM site, if they Don't Refund Me. Hope You Understand...

Yes, Its Personal Rule.

But its really true, they have no ability to protect this scam as a Marketplace. They are a Marketplace but they cant refund any product & they also cant do anything if the vendor not paid the affiliate commission. They also requesting to dispute directly from the Paypal. I can do this from Paypal for any service using Paypal Directly. So what are they doing? Do they Playing any rule here?

When I complained about the Affiliate Commission, they said the are the Marketplace only they can support if there is any Product & Sells Related Issue.

Now I am Complaining about the Product Related Issue, they are saying: the product you purchased was offered and sold by an individual vendor, who is not affiliated with JVZoo. JVZoo is simply the marketplace that allows the independent vendors to offer and sell their products.

I am not saying All the Products are Bad. But the System of JVZoo is Useless & Lame Marketplace.
