High-quality links are always the better choice for long-term site growth. A few relevant, trusted backlinks can do far more than hundreds of low-quality ones and they also reduce the risk of search engine penalties.

Why would someone in a sane mind will prefer a low quality link over a high quality one?

High quality backlinks are usually the better investment. A small number of relevant, trusted links can have a much bigger impact than hundreds of low quality ones. Low quality backlinks often add little value and, if they’re spammy, can even do more harm than good. That’s why I always prioritize quality over quantity when building links.

I'd take high quality links every time. The high quality are the best because they come from high authoritative relevant websites to your niche.

I don't think you can get a better results using low quality links instead of great quality links . Spam links are less useful now as they generally are not helpfull

A handful of relevant, high-quality links can outperform hundreds of low-quality ones. Relevance and trust are far more important than volume.
