Best thing to do is to look in the wholesale section. Not the ebay section. Check their i traders to make sure they have come postive
feedback.
 
I would first of all suggest to you to have a very clear and original plan for your dropshipping, or else you will quickly be discouraged about it. Next, you can check with some chinese websites that offer dropshipping programs...
 
You can hold a screening process here. Open a JV thread looking for a dropshipper.
 
just work hard and look for them on google. Dont pay for any paid service though
 
Watch out for Chinese scammers and check on reviews. Order in one item and check the quality before doing direct business with
them as your supplier for your customer.

Depends on quantity really. If you want a lot of pieces then find the factory directly, have them send you a sample, and if it checks out buy a lot then store it in a rent a space.
