You don't want just one awesome type of backlink. It's best to make your backlink portfolio as diverse as
possible. Obviously authority links that's do-follow (Hard to find. Expensive.) are some of the best. No issue
mixing in outreach links, PBN links, and other filler links to diversify anchors.

Moderation. Make it look as natural as possible.

They have to come from sites with high DA and be relevant to your own site.
A good way to get the links is to ask bloggers if you can send in a guest blog post to them with a link back to you. You can also try and write relevant comments on blogs together with a link.

Not that hard depending on your niche and types of blogs that are operating in your niche. Many places welcome contributors, and with a good writer on your staff, you can submit to high authority editorial sites and get lots of backlinks.
