server down again really shitty service anyone else having issues ?

do yourself a favor

1) open namecheap and register an account
2) tell the customer support you want to migrate everything from hostwind to there
3) done
 
this aint the first time this has happen either im up at 2:47 am to do my work and i can because i can connect to my server this is bullshit !

does namecheap do windows vps ?
 
Their shared hosting goes down from time to time, really unstable not to mention a bit slow. Their support is quick and helpful but it does't make up for hosting stability.
 
i got a vps with them its a load of bollox
 
i had vps usa servers
good support, slow vps
 
That's unfortunate. In 2019 this is an unacceptable level of service. The damage done can cost way too much.
 
Its not good for business to have it down again and again, community can suggest alternatives but what you actually want to host matters first?
no doubt NAMECHEAP is good for onshore
