What supplements do you use?

Sadly, modafinil is illegal in my country. It's easier to get amphetamine or any other drug for that matter than adderall or modaf.
Adderall is literally amphetamine with a brand name.

Never took a good thought about supplements for brain function must write an article about that so thanks for the potential topic. From the top of my head I'd say Omega 3 fish oils, vitamin D and B. I don't know all the research to say how effective any supplement would be at improving brain function though, I would say they are more for preserving brain function and keeping your brain working properly, can't buy knowledge/wisdom in a pill bottle.

Glad it worked for you. Mind sharing what actual mental benefits did you feel?
I feel mentally very comfortable after taking this in this pandemic situation. Also I played some sports like: Football (Soccer), Cricket in the afternoon time. You can try this too.

Hello BHW!

Basically, as the thread name suggests, what supplements do you use to increase your brain function, mental clarity and memory ?

I know a lot of you are from US and that adderall is available there, however that's not the case for where I'm from. Therefore, I'm looking for some kind of
nootropic that actually works for said thing.

Share your experiences and perhaps recommendations?

Cheers :)
I am new and ran across your thread. Adderall is a tricky med. If you're not ready to do some fairly intense brain activity you should refrain until that time comes. The reason I say this is that It will get your mind ready to go where you want to take it. However, if you are not if dire need of an aid such as Adderall, I have had the opposite effect. Meaning, rather than intensely diving into my work, I'll find myself ruminating half the day away. It is definitely good for what its uses are, but if you don't take advantage of that extra power up, you will feel rather unimpressed and quite tired. It takes a hell of a lot of energy to use the mind like that.
This will sound off base, but way back when, I was introduced to Suboxon ( after getting physically dependent on opioids used for back surgery). In about 45 minutes to an hour I feel like I have the energy and drive as if I were 18 again. It costs next to nothing and I only use a very little of the strip at a time. I don't need any more than that. Odd, I know. But after 8 years of school I was privy to just about every way you could read and absorb damn near anything. Purge the info for my test, then get ready with a clear outlook and mind knowing I just kicked that tests ass. lol Btw, toward the end we were taking almost three tests daily, and that didn't include getting prepared for boards!!!!
