Hello BHW!

Basically, as the thread name suggests, what supplements do you use to increase your brain function, mental clarity and memory ?

I know a lot of you are from US and that adderall is available there, however that's not the case for where I'm from. Therefore, I'm looking for some kind of
nootropic that actually works for said thing.

Share your experiences and perhaps recommendations?

Cheers :)

If you must(depends on your age), take Vitamin D + Selenium + Magnesium + Zinc + Vitamin B Complex. It helps your testosterone levels.

But if you are under 30 years old, and don't eat as Americans eat, you shouldn't touch any supplements.

Aderal alternative in Europe is modafinil. It's actually better, as it doesn't cause insomnia.

Caffeine. 6 times a day, so I can churn through 12 hours of my virtual assistant job. I have to drink it every 2 hours to keep up.

+ a lot of fiber, protein and complex carbs from my diet. No sugar except apples, banana and similar.

Would you consider Caffeine as a supplement? If so, then I am addicted to it lol. :D

Well I'm trying to fix my eating habits and workout out regime, however, it's somewhat difficult due to my very chaotic working schedule.

Sadly, modafinil is illegal in my country. It's easier to get amphetamine or any other drug for that matter than adderall or modaf.

I feel you man. I also work 12-16 hour days and am basically rolling on coffee and cigs. Trying to quit sugar and eat healthier instead and do workouts on my free days, hopefully that will help my brain too.

Same lol

Instead of supplements its better to go gym, keep positive friends circle, a supportive girlfriend.

Supplements make can make you their slave!

Ashwagandha
If olive oil isn't a part of your diet, you're making a huge mistake

The best supplement I used: Honey and Black Seed. I mixed them and ate them. This is natural stuff and it gives you lots of health and mental benefits. I had an injury in my right leg's knee and It was doing great when I was taking honey and black seed together. Nothing can work better than these 2 thing. Also try to burn some energy under the sun to get vitamin d.
Thanks

It's hard af to be good at these if you're broke. Srsly, just imagine how hard it's to sustain a gf, a circle of friends when at the back of your head you're constantly thinking about empty pockets, debts and so on.

Better to build some confidence in business and learn some craft instead of doing these... ordinary things.

Wife's juices are most helpful. No sex more stress - More sex no stress! Natural DOSE (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphin) is the best approach! :D

It's all about priorities!
