what supplements are you consuming? what differences have you noticed?

I take [specific supplements, e.g., multivitamins, protein, omega-3s], and I've noticed [specific differences, e.g., increased energy, better focus, improved recovery]. What about you?
Looks like you need to tweak your ai prompt.

I used to take magnesium citrate and noticed improved sleep a few years ago.

I only take caffeine & nicotine now for energy & focus.

400mg caffeine plus 4mg nicotine and I'm focused af.

If I take more than that I find I'm more focused but it's not a good sort of focus.

It's like I'd have ADHD and focus on everything instead of one task.

TLDR:
400mg caffeine + 4mg nicotine = focus.

800mg + 8mg nicotine = spazz energy.

@Juhku has experience with my spazz energy mode, lmao.

only taurine has really made me 'feel' a slight difference, every other supplement basically did nothing that I would notice (but that doesn't mean they're useless).

I don't really consider caffeine a supplement

I normally do these;

  • Caffeine
  • L-Theanine
  • Ceylon Cinnamon
  • Hericium Erinaceus
  • Dark Chocolate
  • D-Vitamin
I also got an antioxidant-based diet, and smoke the occasional cigar for nicotine boost.

With these, I could easily work 20+ hour days if I wanted to. Mostly do 12-16 hours though.

Holy moly 400/4! I'd be dancing on a roof somewhere with that.

I take 50mg caffeine and 1mg nicotine and I'm golden :-)

Well. 1 espresso, so about 50-70mg depending on the blend.

Stopped all suppliments including nicotine and caffeine for over 8 years now.

I used to take Brahmi, ashwagandha and this horny Goat-weed up until couple months ago. It did improve my mood and energy. But it caused my stomach to bloat. Hence I decided to stop.

@UnusualSubstance your department.

OP, I have tried processed supplements like Whey but then again, I didn't notice any improvement. Also, my Vitamin D levels went to dangerously low levels in 2015 - 2016 I believe and I had to take like Vitamin D in liquid form a couple of times.
Not sure why Facebook keeps pushing horny goatweed on me.

I mean they surely know that I don't have a problem in that department.

:(

Been following Bryan Johnson routines, and previously I was interested on Ray Kurzweil chief of Google Engineering team, he has a documentary called Transcendent Man.

So Ive been taking Resveratrol, Magnesium, NMN, Omega, Probiotics, Collagen.
Also, I take adaptogens, mainly mushrooms, turkey tail, chaga, reishi, lions mane, ashwagandha and others.

I have had more energy, and havent fall into sickness for more than a year. I am mother of 2 and almost 36 with a Hashimoto problem. So that has worked as a charm, looking forward to include more stuff eventually.

I am have been using a certain brand of ginseng since around 2015. Since then:

1) Never had a flue
2) Was in a house, everyone got COVID 19, needed medical care. Nothing needed for me.
3) Mind stays sharp
4) Energetic, I have been working 80-100 hour weeks since then with no issues
5) Libido has increased as well
