what stage do you start cloaking?

Im new to cloaking obviously,do you have to add the script to your site before you start purchasing backlinks and traffic? I know the point is to hide the referrer but for this stage i just buy junk traffic that i know wont click,so do i have to cloak for that to?

You can if you want to..but.it might be better to just create a "small" site at first..with content and go for some long tail keywords and make the landing page the cloaked affiliate offer

No..the point is you are talking about is cloaking a site..hide the referrer is a different and additional point..some affiliates dont give a shit about the referrer..just the sale..

I have no idea what you are talking about..is the junk traffic to try and influence g for some arcane seo purposes is it..forget it..its called junk for a good reason..
Long tail/original content/cloak the domain and proceed..

I cloak with shopping LOL I dont care if it is Old Navy. I hide my websurfing no matter what.
